Rep teams and Rep Competitions U14 & U16 2025
Cambridge Netball Centre will hold trials for players to represent the Centre in the follwing grades - Under 14 , Under 16.
When:
Trial #1 Wednesday 30th April 2025
Trial #2 Friday 2nd May 2025
To be held at Cambridge Netball Centre. Please arrive by 5.30pm. Trials will take place 6pm - 8pm.
Under 14 & Under 16
This year we will be selecting 1 x U14 team & 1 x U16 team and they will play in the following tournaments:
- Rotorua Netball Centre Tournament: early June 2025
- Helen Dodge Representative Tournament - Tauranga Netball Centre: mid June 2025
- Hamilton City Netball Centre Tournament: mid/late June 2025
North Island Junior Championship:
- Netball Taranaki - Waiwhakaiho Park Netball Courts, New Plymouth:
- Sun 29 June - Tues 1st July 2024
This year we will also be making up further teams for any other under 14 player that trials. These teams will play 2 local representive tournaments - they will be 2 of either Hamilton, Tauranga or Rotorua June tournaments.
Player Eligibility:
- Must be in the relevant age-group of the team they are trialling for. Players cannot play in an older or younger age group.
- U16 players must be under the age of 16 on the 01 January in the year of the representative season
- U14 players must be under the age of 14 on the 01 January in the year of the representative season AND must be at Secondary School - Year 8 and under are NOT elegible
- Must be registered on the Cambridge Netball Centre Intention to Trial Player list
- Representative Teams are under the overall guidance and control of the Centre
- The Centre will provide guidelines for Coaches, Managers & Players
- Players will be expected to contribute to representative costs. These fees are to be paid to the Cambrige Netball prior to the first (1st) Tournament. The Centre will make a contribution to each player's fees - to recieve this contribution the player must volunteer at one of CNC's tournaments (please see our Calendar for these dates - HERE)
Online registrations close on Friday 25th April for under 14's & 16's.
