Notice of New World Cambridge Netball Centre Incorporated SGM
Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of Cambridge Netball Centre will be held at 6pm on Friday 13 March 2026 at the Cambridge Netball Centre Pavilion, 12 Scott Street, Cambridge.
Club & school delegates and life members are asked to please register their attendance, along with any observers attending, by emailing admin@cambridgenetball.co.nz no later than Friday 6 March 2026.
Under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022, all incorporated societies in New Zealand, including Cambridge Netball Centre, are required to update and submit a constitution that complies with the new Act as part of a mandatory re-registration process. This must be completed by 5 April 2026 in order to remain legally incorporated.
The Centre has therefore reviewed the current constitution, sought member feedback, and updated the constitution to ensure it complies with the requirements of the new Act. As any change to the constitution must be approved by members, this Special General Meeting is being held to seek approval of the proposed constitution that has been circulated.
